Preview policies

Effective October 14, 2026. This deployment is for evaluation and Stripe test payments. Real purchases are disabled. These preview policies describe current behavior; commercial terms and the merchant identity must be finalized before real sales.

Inputs and results

Submit data you are authorized to process. Exact SKUs, explicit currencies, comparable units and decimal strings are required. Results reflect supplied inputs; this service does not verify supplier prices, convert currencies, extract scanned invoices or provide accounting advice.

Data handling

The application processes uploaded price lists and result bodies in memory without retaining them. Mapping profiles are saved only when you choose Save, in your browser. API keys are stored server-side as hashes and displayed once on creation. Your browser holds entered API keys in memory. Authentication, billing, payment references, request hashes, usage records and voluntarily submitted support-ticket text persist. Hosting and payment providers handle their own service records. Export results before leaving the page.

Usage and billing

Test credits have no cash value. A valid comparison consumes one included unit, or $0.25 of prepaid credit if available within the spending cap. Invalid input is not charged. Subscription units expire at their paid-period end and do not roll over. Cancellation stops future renewal. New launch plans are $19 for 200 comparisons and $49 for 1,000; earlier test subscriptions retain their original stored terms.

Retries and limits

Files are limited to 2 MiB each and 5,000 rows each. Total HTTP bodies are limited to 5 MiB. Repeated idempotency keys return a usage reference without another charge; source files and results are not retained for replay. Save successful responses. Uncommitted reservations older than 15 minutes are released on the next authenticated account or API access. A missing response after a committed request can still require operator reconciliation; no uptime SLA is offered during the preview.
